I just want any potential buyer or seller to know how wonderful Miranda O’Sullivan was when she was our realtor.  
Miranda was highly recommended to us by a co-worker and we were lucky we got the recommendation.   In June we decided we were going to sell our house and buy a new one before our second son was due to be born in September.  This obviously was a stressful situation considering we already had a 3 year old already at home. 
As our representative in the selling of our house, Miranda was very understanding of our needs and ensured that the transaction went smoothly.  Her advice when we were preparing to sell our house was well thought out, insightful and very practical.  Our house went on the market on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday night (first showings on Wednesday) we had 2 offers.  During the multiple offer bidding we ended up with a firm offer of $18 000 more than our asking price!!!!  I firmly believe, that Miranda’s advice with the pricing of our house, her promotional skills and enthusiasm in our property helped in landing such a wonderful price for our house. 
As our representative when buying a house, Miranda was a godsent.  We were open to various types of homes, however, we did have some specific criteria that we wanted.  Miranda has a real talent for finding properties that suited our needs.  We had many houses we had wanted to view (from MLS) however, the house that she suggested we view (not on our list) was the one we bought.  Negotiations with Miranda as our realtor were effortless.  She ensured that we received all our conditions, and made sure the lines of communication were always open.  Miranda was an enthusiastic realtor who helped us to find our perfect home. Not only was Miranda a wonderful realtor she is a kind, friendly and supportive person.

From our very first meeting with Miranda, we were struck by her outgoing personality, her high energy level and her confidence. On both occasions, Miranda came to our home prepared and knowledgeable about homes in our area and the market at the time. Miranda showed a keen ability to gauge what the value of our homes were. Miranda prepared an excellent colour brochure and hired a videographer to prepare a DVD of our homes. Miranda then put these on her website to enable potential clients to see our homes at their best.
